Let It Go…He Can Handle It!!!
Good Morning !!!
What a powerful time we had together on Sunday as we celebrated Father’s Day at The Path! Thank you to every heart that showed up to honor the amazing men in our lives. A special shout-out to our Sunday School team for hosting Donuts with Dad—what a sweet and thoughtful way to start the day! Your presence, smiles, and celebration made the atmosphere rich with love and joy.
Now that we’ve honored our fathers, let’s shift our hearts back to the Father who sustains us daily.
Scripture of the Day: Psalm 55:22… Lets dive into the word!
Start your day with God… read Psalm 55:16-23 focusing on 22. Cast your cares on the Lord and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken. You weren’t built to carry it- cast it and let God catch it! S.O.A.K… much love!!!
As we lean into Day 17 of our journal journey, let this sink in: you weren’t built to carry the weight—God was. Psalm 55:22 reminds us that the Lord Himself has promised to sustain us when we give Him the very things weighing us down. That means stress, anxiety, pressure, confusion, disappointment, and fear do not belong on your shoulders.
Here’s your reminder:
🟢 You are not weak for laying it down—you’re wise.
🟢 You are not failing—you’re making room for His strength.
🟢 God will uphold you—He promised.
Reflection Question:
Have I been carrying what I need to give to God?
Practical Ways to Walk This Out:
1. Write a Release List. Jot down the burdens you’ve been silently carrying. Pray over each one and give them to God. Then, throw the list away.
2. Speak Life Aloud. Say today: “God is my strength—I will not be shaken!”
3. Ask for Help. Talk to a trusted prayer partner or spiritual leader. You don’t have to do this alone.
Today’s Prayer:
Lord, thank You for being my sustainer. Help me to trust You enough to give You what’s too heavy for me. I lay it all at Your feet today. In Jesus’ name, amen.
Let God hold what’s been holding you up. He’s strong enough.
Much Love 💕
