This May Be a Setback, But It’s Still In The Plan!!!
Good morning,
On Sunday, Overseer reminded us that even when life looks like it’s falling apart, God’s plan is still fully intact. Acts 12 shows us Peter was in prison—chained, guarded, locked down—but God’s people were praying, and Heaven was still moving.
Sometimes, our darkest seasons are just setups for God to show us His power. Your pain isn’t the end. It’s part of the plan.
Foundational Scripture: Romans 8:28 (NIV) Let’s dive into the word..
Start your day with God… read Romans 8:27-30 focusing on 28. And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. If it’s not good yet, God’s not done yet—He’s working all things together for your good! S.O.A.K… much love!!!
This verse reminds us that nothing in our lives is wasted—not the trials, not the tears, not even the delays. God weaves every moment, even the painful ones, into His perfect plan for our good. It doesn’t mean everything feels good, but it does mean that everything serves a purpose. When you love God and trust Him, you can rest assured that He is working behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail to lead you into something greater than you imagined.
Practical Steps for This Week:
• Surrender control. Say it out loud: “God, I trust Your plan more than my understanding.”
• Connect with your prayer warriors. Text someone today and ask them to cover you in prayer.
• Keep your praise alive. If Peter could praise behind prison walls, so can you in the middle of your process.
Encouragement:
Don’t fight the plan—flow with it. God knows how to bring you out, and when He does, it’ll be better than you imagined.
Prayer for Today:
Father, help me to trust You when I can’t trace You. Even in tight places, I know You’re still working. I believe it’s all in the plan. In Jesus name~Amen.
Much Love 💕
