It’s Friday and the start of a fresh weekend—and we’re walking into it with joy, assurance, and expectation! 🎉
Let’s take a moment to shout out all the amazing things happening this weekend, but first, let’s lock in our June Journal focus for today:

Let’s dive into the word…
Start your day with God… read 1John 5:13-15. Focusing on 14-15. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him. When you pray according to His will, heaven leans in- and that’s your confidence! S.O.A.K… much love!!!
🔑 Live With Assurance
God isn’t ignoring you—He hears you. The power of today’s scripture is found in the word confidence. This means we don’t approach God timidly or doubtfully. We come boldly because He’s already proven to be a present Father, a good Shepherd, and a faithful Deliverer.
Let’s look at verse 15 again… “we know that we have what we asked of Him.” That’s the level of faith we need to walk in today—not wishing He heard you, but knowing He did. Not just hoping for an answer, but living like it’s already on the way. ✨

Do I live like God hears and answers me?
If not—what needs to shift in my thinking, speaking, or praying?

💡 Practical Ways to Apply This Today:
1. Start thanking Him in advance for what you prayed for.
2. Write down 3 things you’ve been praying about and speak them out loud with confidence.
3. Avoid words that cancel your faith—no more “if He wants to…” when you already know what He promised!
4. Share your testimony with someone—it builds faith in both of you.

Lord, thank You for hearing me. Thank You that Your ears are never closed to the cries of Your children. Today, I walk in assurance. I pray with confidence. I believe with boldness. I know that my words don’t vanish—they land in heaven and stir Your hand. I will live like I’m heard and answered. In Jesus’ name, amen.
